A polyester-spandex blend with a brushed inner face ā soft against skin, not plasticky like cheap performance fabric. The knit pulls moisture outward, so it dries fast and does not hang heavy.
Four-way stretch means it moves with you through overhead work and running alike. Flatlock seams sit flat against the skin to prevent chafing, and the hem is slightly dropped at the back so it stays down when you bend.
Regular athletic fit ā close but not compressive. Holds its shape and colour through frequent washing, which matters for something you will wear twice a week.
