What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something is wrong.
Delivery zones and charges

Timelines
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. We do not dispatch on Fridays.
- Inside Dhaka — 1 to 2 days from dispatch
- Outside Dhaka — 3 to 5 days from dispatch
Cash-on-delivery orders over ৳3,000 are held until we have confirmed them with you by phone.
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging.
- Email shopimalbd@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong.
- We reply within one working day with a return address.
- Once the item arrives back with us, we refund or replace within three working days.
What cannot be returned
- Innerwear and socks, for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged by use rather than in transit
- Anything returned without its original packaging
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the photo. That makes the claim straightforward.
